Happy 4th!!!

What a fun 4th we had over here!
We went to a parade, fireworks and had a fire at our house on Tuesday evening...

On Wednesday morning Corey brought the kids to the Eveleth parade and some games and races. I stayed home to let Kenton nap and to get some things baked for an afternoon picnic.
We headed over to Corey's parent's for a 4th of July/birthday picnic (Happy Birthday Sue!). There was lots of kids, and the nice hot weather lasted no more than an hour before skies opened up and everyone had to cram inside.

We ended the evening with another fire and some fireworks over at our house. We had such a fun busy few days! The only thing with a Holiday in the middle of the week is that my hubby had to head back to work for a few more days before the weekend is here...bummer!

Matt came by last night as well so it will be fun to have him here for a few days. Kael spent the whole afternoon out and about with him. Matt brought him to McDonald's for lunch and apparently Kael had the whole restaurant laughing. He was yelling real loudly, "MY MOM TOLD ME THIS FOOD IS DIPPED IN CAR GREASE!!!"
